At betCollab, we ship worldwide! Every item is made to order to ensure we reduce waste, so your gear is printed especially for you. This means we avoid overproduction and creating a stockpile of items nobody wants – we’re all about efficiency and sustainability.

Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Your order will be printed and dispatched from one of our fulfillment centers located in the UK, EU, or USA, whichever is closest to you for faster shipping.
  • Fulfillment time is typically 1-5 business days, depending on the items ordered.

Delivery times:

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way. Don’t worry if your items arrive separately – depending on stock availability, they may be shipped from different warehouses.

Returns

We hope you love your betCollab gear, but we only accept returns for damaged or faulty items.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return for your damaged or faulty item. The items must be unworn, unwashed clothing that’s still in its original condition.

  • Items must be returned to the address listed on your packing slip.
